I'm not sure how to go about a refund but this is really ridiculous. I'm very close on just giving up on the game and would like a refund. I actually was able to play just fine tonight so maybe the update did work. No I certainly appreciate your effort it's just very frustrating. Repairing the game in Origin, but none of them have seemed to work. While my system isn't really state of art, but multiplayer runs fine without issues-it's only the campaign which has this issue. Next time when I try to load campaign, it's either stuck in the loading screen or crashing in the loading the screen.
